Kulzer tooth libraries are created to simplify your digital prosthetic workflow by offering pre-set tooth parameters that enable a precise and individual digital set-up and production of dental prosthetics.
Why use Kulzer tooth libraries?
If you are a user of AvaDent, Exocad, Dentca Design Studio or 3Shape software the Kulzer tooth libraries are available to you for digital set-up and production of monoblocks and teeth-in-arch free-of-charge.
To 3Shape users we also offer the option to manufacture bridged and separated teeth by obtaining a special Kulzer license.

Production Options
3Shape
Intuitive CAD modelling for beginners and experienced users. 3Shape’s CAD design software supports a wide range of digital dental applications and workflows and can be expanded with numerous add-on modules. The CAD software of the 3Shape Dental System™ allows to digitally construct any kind of restorations and combine them in a simple way. All 3D models can be manufactured separately from the CAM equipment.

Open the control panel in your 3Shape Software. Go to “Tools” > “Download Center”

AvaDent
Covering every step from design, production to refinement, AvaDent’s digital workflow can be entered at any stage and facilitates the digital production of full dentures for both newcomers to the system and experienced professionals. AvaDent’s Connect software allows for design adjustments and control of the entire process. Digital recording and data storage ensure easy reproduction of the case.

DENTCA Design Studio
The DENTCA Design Studio is a web-based software that provides easy access and use. There are no additional devices and therefore investments necessary to use the CAD-software and CAM-services provided by DENTCA. Just upload your scan files of impression and bite, start design your denture and send it to your preferred manufacturing device.
Available Moulds in DENTCA
The 3D data of the artificial teeth do not meet the legal safety and performance requirements and must therefore not be used for purposes other than visualization and demonstration without additional verification and, if necessary, adjustment by a qualified person, e.g. dental technician or dentist. Kulzer GmbH assumes neither liability nor support outside of the stated purpose.
