At Kulzer, we are a team of very different personalities, who take responsibility for the world of dentistry because it’s our passion. Our core values – “Challenge, Diversity, One Team” – are our guiding principles for how we interact with one another. With more than 1,400 employees at 26 locations worldwide, we see ourselves as one Kulzer team and we all pull together. For us, it is important that we show appreciation for one another, treat each other as equals and have fun at work.

Because everything is constantly changing, we are also constantly evolving. This makes us a successful and future-oriented company.
How does this show in our culture? At Kulzer, annual reviews between managers and employees are conducted as dialogues and both sides give each other respectful feedback. All employees worldwide have access to the Kulzer learning platform, so that they can improve their skills independently. Making mistakes is a part of learning: During “Failure coffees”, we talk about our mistakes and what we can learn from them. In addition, retrospectives are held regularly to openly discuss what is going well and what can be changed.

OUR LOCATIONS
Our smile goes around the globe
Headquarters in Hanau
Our headquarters are in Hanau, close to Frankfurt am Main. Key departments such as product management, financial controlling, HR, sales for Germany and the customer service centre are here - right next to our newly designed competence centre for research and development, which will be in operation from summer 2023. Our modern premises invite creative, collegial collaboration with a smile – this is the Kulzer way. The site in Hanau boasts great transport connections to the Rhine-Main area, beautiful natural landscapes and cultural diversity.
International locations
When we speak of Kulzer as an internationally active organisation, we mean it literally. Our locations can be found in North and South America, across large areas of Europe and in Asia and Australia. Mexico, Brazil, the United Kingdom, Austria, Italy, Spain, France, Japan and Singapore are just a selection of locations where our company is present. We also have production sites in Romania, China and the USA.
