I warrant that I am the owner of all rights to any uploaded or transferred content or that I have the necessary rights for the uploading or transferring of the content. I explicitly agree to a publication of the submitted content by Kulzer GmbH or a third party involved in the execution of the contest through any channel (websites, social media channels etc.).
I warrant that the video or other materials do not infringe any third party rights, including, but not limited their patients’ rights. I agree to hold Kulzer GmbH harmless from any claims that a third party may raise relating to the participant’s video.
